When a customer steps through our doors, we believe that there are two items that require our attention. The customer and the vehicle. So at Mac's II we have one set of staff that are experts in dealing with people, and another set of staff that are experts in repairing vehicles. Our customer service staff is trained to provide our customers with the most pleasant auto repair experience possible. They have the tools available to answer all our customers questions, schedule repairs or estimating, offer refreshments, shuttle rides, or handle most any situation required. Both sets of staff are trained to effectively communicate our customer's concerns internally to produce clear options and answers back to the customer.
