The Collision Management team consists of licensed estimators, production manager, parts manager and a shop administrator. Their job is first to design the repair plan with our customer's goals in mind. Execute that plan effectively utilizing our production capabilities and deliver the finished product. They also handle payments, insurance negotiations and any customer incidentals.
The Metal team are the artists at Mac's II. To work a twisted piece of metal into a flawlessly smooth surface is an art to behold. From disassembly and frame straightening to fine craftsmanship and re-assembly, the Metal technicians love the challenge of each different vehicle.
The Paint team takes the work of the metal technicians and makes their repairs invisible. Two heated downdraft spray booths and the finest materials available, enables our paint team to deliver factory quality finishes and color matches.
Our Detail Team puts the finishing touches on the vehicles to create that "new car" smell and look to our deliveries. They top it off with a fresh carnation as a symbol of our gratitude for your business.
